Research Direction

His research focuses on teacher education, lifelong education, educational psychology, and applied psychology, with specific interests in AI education, teacher professional development, adult education, organizational behavior, and knowledge management. He has led the completion of one project under the Shanghai Yang Guang Program and participated in multiple projects funded by the Ministry of Education Planning Fund and the Shanghai Yang Guang Program. He has published over 20 papers in journals indexed in SCI, SSCI, and CSSCI (Chinese journals). Additionally, he has served as a reviewer for multiple SSCI journals, serves as a reviewer for several SSCI journals, has authored two monographs, and co-authored multiple books.
