研究方向:

刘爱云,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。20066月博士毕业于中国科学院上海技术物理研究所微电子学与固体电子学专业,20067月起工作于上海师范大学物理系。2013年同时入选“国家公派出国访学项目、上海市教委国外访学进修“高级研究学者”计划及“上海师范大学公派出国访学计划”,于20151月至20162月前往美国内布拉斯加州州立大学林肯分校访学一年。2010-2012年获聘“上海师范大学特聘研究员”。主要研究方向为铁电材料的制备物性及器件研制。在教学方面,承担《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》、《人文物理学》等课程,并指导物理师范专业的本科生教育实习和毕业论文,指导应用物理专业的本科毕业论文。

作为负责人,主持了国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、国家教育部重点项目、上海市教委科研创新重点项目、上海高校选拔培养优秀青年教师科研专项基金等。近年来在国际知名SCI期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,申请5项国家发明专利其中3项获得授权,担任J. Alloys Compd.Surface & Coatings TechnologyMaterials LettersJ Sol-Gel Sci TechnolSCI期刊的审稿人。已培养多名硕士研究生。
