研究方向

赵祥永,男,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,博士生导师,长期从事铁电压电晶体材料、先进超声和光电功能器件及其应用研究。19996月于苏州大学获学士学位,20047月于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获材料科学与工程博士学位,期间20025-20034月作为联合培养博士生在香港理工大学应用物理学系开展学术研究。20047月进入中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员,20166月进入上海师范大学工作,任研究员。主持国家自然科学基金、国家863计划课题、上海市科技支撑计划、上海市青年科技启明星人才计划等科研项目10余项。在国际学术期刊发表SCI收录学术论文200余篇,参与撰写学术著作4部,起草行业标准1项,获上海市自然科学奖一等奖(排名2)、上海市青年科技启明星(A类)、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、第六届亚洲电子陶瓷会议“AMEC-6 Young Scientist Award” 等奖励和荣誉。


研究方向:铁电压电晶体材料与生物医学超声学,主要包括但不限于:

1. 高压电性能无铅铁电单晶体和压电晶态薄膜材料的制备科学

2. 铁电压电物理学、晶体结构与相变

3. 生物医学超声学、微机械超声换能器的模拟仿真和制备技术
