王国凤，浙江宁波人，现为上海师范大学外国语学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究方向为话语分析、国际传播和翻译批评。在《外语教学与研究》《外语与外语教学》《外语教学》、Social Semiotics、Journal of Language and Politics、Digital Scholarship in the Humanities、Critical Discourse Studies、Discourse & Communication、Critical Arts等国内外期刊发表文章近90篇，客座主编SSCI、A&HCI 期刊特刊4期；主持并完成国家级项目3项；出版专著2部、论文集1部、学术译著1部，主编教材1部；曾获浙江省教学成果奖二等奖。

现为国际期刊Discourse & Society （SSCI，中科院一区）、Language in Society（SSCI、中科院一区）、Journal of Language and Politics （SSCI、A&HCI，中科院二区）和国内集刊《话语研究论丛》编委，并担任加拿大杜克大学兼职博士生导师。

现兼任世界华莱坞学会（美国）副会长、华东师范大学国家话语生态研究中心研究员和中国英汉语比较研究会话语研究专业委员会常务理事等，同时为中国国家社科基金通讯评审和结题评审专家、全国专业学位水平评估论文质量评价专家、教育部学位中心评审专家、上海市教育评估协会专家等。
