个人简介：2014年毕业于中国科学院心理研究所，理学博士。现任上海师范大学心理学院副教授，硕士生导师。上海市心理学会理事，中国心理学会青年工作委员会委员，上海市心理学会德育心理专委会委员。主持和参与多项国家和省部级课题，在国内外重要刊物发表论文二十余篇，任《心理学报》、《心理科学》等期刊审稿人。

研究方向：决策心理学、管理心理学、社会心理学。研究领域包括跨期决策的认知和情感机制，健康行为的促进机制和助推研究，亲社会行为的影响机制等。

主持项目：国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，探析跨期决策中负折扣现象的心理机制，71601121，2017.01-2019.12。
