研究方向:

        20077月毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所,获博士学位,被评为上海市优秀毕业生。毕业后工作于上海师范大学数理学院物理系。2007年入选上海市晨光计划2009–2011年被聘为上海师范大学特聘研究员2010–2013年被授予上海师范大学优秀青年教师称号,2012年被评为副教授。2012 - 2013年,作为国家公派访问学者,在美国宾州州立大学材料研究所Tom Shrout和张树君教授课题组访问。2016年、2018年暑假在美国宾州州立大学陈龙庆(Long-qing Chen)教授课题组访学。2018年获得上海师范大学精彩课堂优秀奖,2019年获得上海师范大学教学优秀奖教学成果一等奖(第二完成人),2021年在第十七届挑战杯上海大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛中获“优秀指导老师”称号。

       主要研究方向为铁电、压电、热释电、铁电半导体等信息功能材料与器件。包括高性能铁电、压电、热释电材料的结构和性能研究及其在换能器、红外探测及成像器件中的应用研究。作为负责人,主持完成了上海市晨光计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市自然科学基金项目、上海市教委创新项目、中国科学院无机功能材料与器件重点实验室开放课题等多项科研任务,获得国家留学基金资助。在钙钛矿型铁电单晶、陶瓷及薄膜的结构本质和物性的基础研究及应用研究上获得了许多创新性的结果,在Applied Physics LettersJournal of Applied PhysicsJournal of the American Ceramic Society 国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文八十余篇,授权中国发明专利1项。担任Journal of the American Ceramic Society期刊的副编辑、以及Applied Physics LettersJournal of Applied Physics等多个国际期刊的审稿人。

       主持上海师范大学教改项目“《大学物理》混合式教学模式的研究与实践”、“骨干教师教学激励计划协同创新教研团队建设”项目;参与并完成了上海师范大学《大学物理》数字课程建设项目(第二完成人)。

       培养的本科生获得校优秀毕业论文优秀实习生,在全国部分地区大学生物理竞赛(上海赛区)多次获奖。培养的研究生获得国家留学基金、国家奖学金、校优秀毕业生、上海高校学生创造发明科技创业杯三等奖、挑战杯上海大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛一等奖、挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖。
