研究领域:二维半导体材料光电流输运性质第一性原理计算;纳米器件电子自旋量子输运性质计算。主持自然科学基金面上项目1项,主持完成青年基金1项。在APLPRAppliedPRMaterialsJAPJMCANanoscaleSCI期刊发表论文50余篇,担任Nanoscale Horizons Applie surface science等多个期刊审稿人。主讲《理论力学》及《大学物理》课程,培养硕士研究生7人。
