个人简介

       上海师范大学心理学院教授、博士生导师。毕业于香港大学,获哲学博士学位(PhD)。香港中文大学博士后,密歇根州立大学高级访问学者。研究方向为跨文化/中国人人格测评、青少年人格发展、学生生涯发展与教育。任全国普通高校毕业生就业创业指导委员会专家组成员,劳动经济学会常务理事兼职业开发与管理专业委员会副主任委员,中国教育发展战略学会生涯教育专业委员会学术委员,上海学生职业生涯发展教育研究所所长、上海师范大学心理测评研究中心主任,上海市心理学会心理测量专业委员会副主任。主持国家社会科学基金项目、全国教育科学规划项目、教育部人文社科项目、上海市哲学社会科学等各级各类项目20余项,出版学术专著、合著12部,在《心理学报》、《Child Development》、《Journal of Youth and Adolecence》、《Learning and Individual Differences》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》、《Educational Psychology》、《Thinking Skills and Crestivity》、《Developmental Psychology》、《Personality and Individual Differences》等知名期刊发表论文百余篇。
